........We recently decided to move to Melbourne, Florida and place our house in Lakeland on the market. We knew the market was suffering, so we turned to trusted friend and realtor, Dee Chandler-McDonough.
This is the fourth time we have employed Dee’s services and I can truly say that it has been a successful endeavor each time. The first house was, well, our first house. We were new to the home buying process, to say the least. Dee guided us through every aspect and it wasn’t long before we trusted her with every detail, knowing that she would always look out for our best interests. Next we decided to sell our first house to embark on building a home. We were able to sell that house quickly and even rent back the house until our new home was built…all thanks to Dee. Building was another new challenge for us. Dee once again helped us through the contract process and we can sincerely say it was comfort knowing Dee was on our side.
Selling our last house was certainly our greatest challenge. That it was and is a buyer’s market is probably the understatement of the century. Still, Dee worked diligently with her husband to get our house sold. Through advertising, open houses and through her many contacts around Lakeland our house finally sold. Did it take several months? Definitely! But I can’t imagine how long it would have taken if we didn’t have an experienced realtor like Dee and her Realtor husband, Shawn.
